New in: bracelet holder

Lately I've really been into wearing bracelets and because of that my collection is slowly growing. After I just dumping them in a jar for a while I finally realised I needed some kind of bracelet holder. Just as I was thinking about my bracelet storage this beauty jumped into my eye. After staring at it for a little while I decided to take it home and cherish it for ever and ever. In all seriousness, I'm really over the moon with it.

Review: Essence express dry spray

You know that feeling when you've just painted an incredible piece of art that even Picasso would be jealous of on your nails? (Or in my case, the feeling you've successfully put nail polish on your nails instead of your fingers and cuticles) Yes? than you probably also know how firetruckin' annoying it is to wait for your nails to dry, or the absolute horror of bumping your nail against something and smudging the entire thing? All of that is in the past now, because essence came out with a new product: the express dry spray! It's a handy dandy product that promises to dry your polish within seconds and give your nails some extra shine. But does it really work that well?

New in: Christmas gift card

The holidays have passed, everyone has opened their presents and a lot of you have probably received some gift cards. I know many people don't like getting a gift card because it's not very personal and the giver hasn't really thought about it a lot, but I have to admit I don't mind getting a gift card every now and then. This Christmas my grandmother gave me a gift card for Kruidvat, a famous Dutch drugstore that also has a lot of shops in Belgium. I actually needed a few new things, but the holidays had robbed me from every single penny, so the extra budget came in very handy. This is what I bought:

Review: Essence cuticle nail softener pen

I have a guilty confession to make… I take bad care of my nails. Really bad care. I mutilate my nails by biting pieces of their head off, I've only started using a base coat a few moths ago and I've never did anything whatsoever to take care of my dearest cuticles. Time to change that, I thought, and I bought the Essence cuticle care pen.

Last Minute Christmas DIY: Cute Coupon Book

It's almost Christmas guys! I'm so excited! One of my favourite things in the world is giving gifts, I particularly love the gift shopping and figuring out what the perfect present for that one special person is. Unfortunately this year I'm kind of broke and I had exams which means I couldn't go Christmas shopping, I had to buy comfort food with my last bits of money. So right now, a few days before Christmas, I still don't have all of the presents I need to give and I don't have any money left to buy the rest of the gifts. There is only one solution: DIY something! It's always fun to get a handmade gift, I really think it makes you feel special. Today I'm going to show you how to make this really easy DIY coupon book.

Review: NYC Smooth Skin pressed powder and cover stick.

I was wandering around at my local drug store and of course I couldn't leave without buying something. I went home with a few new things, among this NYC creamy concealer and compact powder. Actually I've never tried any NYC product, so I was pretty excited to try these.

Thrift shop haul

Source
A few days ago we went to a thrift shop. We really wanted to go there for a while, because it's the perfect place to find cute DIY materials or other things for a small price. It had been ages since we'd been in our local thrift shop and to be honest we were a little disappointed. The shop was a dirty and dusty, but we crossed a bridge to get there (we don't like crossing bridges with our bikes) so we tried and made the best out of it. Despite the dusty smell in the store we did buy some things. Here's a mini haul for you guys.
